For the forth consecutive year, we are pleased to announce that there ar no changes to the main 10 mile route. Click the picture to view the map.
Five Mile Route
Official timings
For the third consecutive year the 5 mile route will be officially measured and timed. Water tables are available over the route.
Traffic Free
Run on a completely traffic free course, our Fun Run is open to runners of all ages. Click the image above for more details.
